Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. For disputes not subject to arbitration or small-claims court, you and Vegrade consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.
