AI Upskilling

Your team learns to run the AI system we built

Team handoff means we do not disappear after launch leaving you a codebase only we understand. We document and teach your stack—data pipelines, models, RAG, agents, and deployments—so your engineers can operate and extend the product.

What this is

Practical onboarding to your AI product: where code lives, how data reaches models, how to deploy, and how to debug when something breaks.

What this is not

  • Generic AI training or certification courses
  • Ongoing staff augmentation without an end date
  • A PDF manual with no live walkthrough of your system

Deliverables

What your team walks away with

Concrete artifacts—not vague “knowledge share.” Everything is tied to the system we built with you.

A map of your system

What each service does, where data flows, and which repo folders own agents, models, RAG, or APIs.

Runbooks your team can follow

How to deploy, roll back, read alerts, and handle common failures—written for your stack, not a template.

Live working sessions

Your engineers drive the IDE while we explain retrieval, prompts, pipelines, and integrations on the code you will own.

A clear “you are ready” checklist

Agreed proof that your team can ship a small change (config, eval, or feature) without our commit access.

Process

How handoff works

Three phases. Handoff starts during the build—it is not a single meeting the week before we invoice.

  1. 01

    During the build

Docs and decisions live in your repository as we ship—READMEs, architecture notes, and reviewed PRs—not a surprise folder at the end.

  2. 02

    Before go-live

Walkthroughs on staging: traces, logs, eval runs, and deployment steps using the same tools your team will use on call.

  3. 03

    After launch

A short support window for stack-specific questions (new provider, eval set, tool)—then you operate day to day.

Commercial

How it fits your contract

Baseline handoff is part of production delivery. Extra pairing is optional for very small teams.

Included with production programs

Fixed-scope builds include baseline handoff: system map, runbooks, joint sessions, and a bounded Q&A window after launch.

  • Scoped in your statement of work with session count and artifacts named up front
  • Tied to the services we delivered (data, models, RAG, agents, or product code)
  • Done when your team passes the agreed readiness checklist

Extra pairing for very small teams

If you have only one or two engineers, we can add retainer hours for deeper pairing—still with a defined end date.

  • Weekly deep dives on the modules you will touch next
  • Optional review lane while your engineer ships the next feature
  • Explicit sunset so handoff does not become permanent outsourcing

Your side

What we need from you

Handoff is a partnership. These three commitments keep it on schedule.

  • Name one or two engineers who will own the system after launch.
  • Give timely access to code, CI, and data environments under your policies.
  • Show up for live sessions—handoff does not work as slides alone.
